These poor door dashers struggle so hard

Wandering around hopelessly trying to find correct place. I see it everyday. But don't they have a pin which indicates where the caller is?

I had issues before with other food delivery apps. I think sometimes the sat nav just gives the a close location not always the rite one.
Sometimes they don't read the address or delivery note correctly.
Maybe the building name/number not easy to see or find.
