These poor door dashers struggle so hard
Wandering around hopelessly trying to find correct place. I see it everyday. But don't they have a pin which indicates where the caller is?

I used to DoorDash. Yes there's a pin but it's not that easy. The pin can be misplaced or maybe it points to a facility but the dasher doesn't know where the person is in that facility.
Also it's just a matter of looking at a place on your phone vs looking at it with your eyes. There's not a giant arrow above the customer in real life.
