I Astral Travel
Well not really. But I will tell my experience.
The one off only.
First of all I had read about it before and tried and tried but no results.
It happened a long time ago.
I was very new to this town. I just arrived 2 or 3 days prior. It was for studying.
My state of mind : very happy. It was all new, all beautiful and really looking forward to it. It was after a few miserable years so I was really hopeful and mind drunk about lots of things.
I rented a room from some old bitchy busy body who started to go on my case. Smoking bla bla bla although she never specified anything at the students' association to start with. It is another story of its own anyway but some really miserable people love to make others miserable. She was hell and I had sleep trouble worrying.
Anyway.
I slept very little.But I did not feel affected by it . The enthusiasm carried me through I guess. Adrenalin etc.
From what I remember :
I went to sleep.
I suddenly woke up knowing I was above my body and floating around.
I would be lying if I said I looked at my body : nope I did not.
I just remembered thinking : wow it is soooooooooo easy. It is true !
Then the window came into view and I told myself : well..let's test it if that is true. Go through.
Boom. I arrived in some garden.
To me I felt I was crouching and hiding.
Next : I heard high heels, a couple laughing in the night going down a paved path by the sound of it.
My mind : they are going to see you !!!!
Boom : back in my body.
Now the day after : I did not think it was a dream at all so I went to look for myself.
I discovered that what I saw was real and I had no clue
Yes there is the garden exactly as it is. Yes there is that small path going uphill which I did not know was there at all. Everything was exactly as I experienced and in real life HAD no idea for I had just rented this place one or 2 days max prior. I swear.
Since it happened a long time ago I must have forgotten a few things alright. I think I was 21 or something like that.
I am not embellishing, I am just telling as it is.
