I Want To Astral Travel

I know the method of doing astral traveling.... But i seriously can't do it....

Just because of unsteadiness....

I am regularly meditating.. but no results....

I haven't lost my hope but I am just thinking that why can't I am not able to do....

Anyways.... I'll try....
