Have done some National Forest and ligging trails near where I live, but really love it out west. Have done a bit in several spots in Colorado, including the Alpine Loop near Ouray/Silverton, White Rim Trail out of Canyonlands NP and some of the areas around Moab, few spots around Sedona and in Death Valley NP.

@Stillwaiting Nice! you have been to the best places. I have been to Moab 10 Times in the last
15 years. It's about 450 miles from my house in Las Vegas. Our Last trip was to Colorado, same place you were. We were going to do the Alpine loop. We took that first hard trail, Mineral Creek I think. It went to the Ghost town. Then we took California Gulch, and another one. It snowed and got muddy and slippery up above tree line. I think I have a pic. Wheeled in Death valley and Sedona too.
Moab and Colorado are my favorite. I have done around different 30 trails in Moab, still tons more.
I think there is around 120. I'll have to check my book. Next time you go to Colorado, do Black Bear Pass, unless you have vertigo. Most people that do it say, Never Again. It's a little scary, especially "The Steps" and "Adios Curve" Once you start that, you can't turn back. Oh! also, NEVER watch roll over videos of Black Bear Pass, 🤣
