E-bikes for mobility issues?

Info for a friend of mine...Anyone have experiences with ebikes helping mobility issues and wana share horror/glory stories? Best ones to get you about anywhere that r small enough to keep in a bedroom would be awesome...heard the corners can take practise. 😻
