@Tryingtofindabalance: It wasn't clear Vegas was your destination. The lake is a nice place to visit if you want quiet. New York New York has a lot of things to see, rides, and good food. Caesars is another place to visit.

@Tryingtofindabalance: In August it's warm and beautiful. Very Romantic. I've seen the bears live, walked on glaciers, canoed, took a train. So many things to see and do.

Things to do in Vegas... we are going, couldn't agree on any other place... she wsnted beach, I wanted north woods... the closet compromise was pool side in Vegas... @Demon:

@Tryingtofindabalance: Honestly I've always wanted to go just to check out the awesome architecture everywhere. My go-to hotel would probably be Bellagio

I'm sure you'll have fun, but it just seems like such an un-romantic town.

@NigelDoes: we have reservations at trump... private hotel, we have a hot tub in our room, full kitchen... one night will be all about us

@Antiquity: nice hotel? We got a really good rate from the Trump, but we aren't locked in, we can cancel anytime.

@Tryingtofindabalance: The Secrets resort is fairly small and romantic. It's Couples only.
