@MysticMermaid456: Me too. My da was born in Scotland and my mother's father or grandfather was born in Ireland. I forget which. Probably grandfather.

Ahh, that's so cool! Do you know which parts of Scotland? I'm from the West. I'm not sure where my Irish family came from sadly but I'd love to find out more about them.

I don't know. My dad didn't talk much about it and we were bratty American kinds and never asked much. I know he broke all ties when he came to the US and never looked back and I don't know why. It's the McFarland clan though.
