Better tires on the front or the back of your vehicle ?

They say back now no matter if it's frint wheel or rear wheel drive. I do not agree.

I disagree, for Front Wheel Drive cars, a lot of the braking gets done by the Front Tires + Steering. It's the weight of the engine over the wheels.

Rear Wheel drive, I think it's debateable which should be better.

I usually make sure I rotate my tires and replace all 4 at the same time.
