What do you think of how United Airlines dragged a passenger out of the plane after it needed his seat for its own employees?

I was so pissed off with United and pestered one of their overseas offices so much they offered me a free business class long-haul ticket as compensation. How stupid - imagining I would ever want to fly with them again. Don't forget to visit the complaints site www.untied.com
