He said the travelling I do is inspiring but he just doesn’t have enough time for it and the sightseeing that I get to do.

It's great to travel, meet people, visit places. Do it while you're young. I travel a lot, but all I see are meeting rooms, the back of the cab drivers head and hotels. Tim and I have a lot in common!
