You can get chicken and rice and tofu or tempe and eggplant for veggie options..:)
Today I had an amazing day!
After a really nice Qigong class, I went with my local guide to the near public swimming pool, with fresh running water, running towards the sea... Such an enjoyable day! But in the end we had rain on the motorcycle back home and it was pouring down!!! He got anorak, a long one that I wrapped around me too and only got a little wet...
It was a nice session indeed. It feels good to notice how quickly I've made progress, from starting to get major struggles after 30 minutes in the first session and now making it through the full hour with only minor struggles. And we're only halfway the course. 💪
@NerdyPotato that's great to hear really! Principles are the same but you see how, we prepare the body slowly to get into the form... From next week it will become slowly more obvious! It's so beneficial really, I am so happy to have you there!:))
