Dragon Temple and Change (again, always)
Today I visited with a friend the Dragon Temple and had a third water purification ceremony. I have no words to narrate the experience. I can tell you that the journey was taking you to depths regarding the cold a person can stand. It was taking you through a route in the water - we were wet the whole time with running cold waters - underneath waterfalls, water dripping harshly upon your skull, whilst you were trembling from the cold.
You were ending up on the temple on the top, under the sunshine and the hot stones. It was so hot there, that you were warming up and feeling blissful, whilst going through ceremony, priests chanting, flower offerings and burning incense, bells jingling, jungle spirits...
wow, it was wow.
I went to the underworld and to the spirit realm in a single place. It was intense, but also beautiful.
I am in my cheap room with the fan. I kinda like these rooms, I follow the idea that less is more, none pays attention to you here, there is something soothing in that, in contrast to more expensive resorts.
I feel blissful, cleansed, but I have also, through these days of detoxifying my system through a local plant medicine that I found, am seeing some demons too. I don't know how to integrate this experience. It is always easier to talk about bliss and angels for me.

Tomorrow I am leaving this beloved room where I have stayed for about a week to cool down after the retreat has ended, and I am moving to another city, to take care of the extension of my visa on Monday morning.
I might meet a friend there too. Let's see.
I too have contacted an older friend, whom I have stopped contacting because it was always me that I was initiating the contact, the last semester or so, but I felt weak and in need of someone to hold me. Despite the wonderful day with my friend today, there are only very few people in my life who can actually hold me.
