My step daughter and granddaughter got through last month, no problem.

Put them in a separate ziplock bag and declare them separately to TSA. I travel with my type2 supplies, meter, & insulin pen a lot
Colormegone · 70-79, M
I flew internationally to Canada from USA over the summer with no problem either way .
Don't they have to allow you to have them as they are life sustaining medication? The needles they might swipe if you don't wear a pump but the meds they should allow if you have insulin vials
Get a letter from your doctor that states you are diabetic and need these supplies abd show it to them before you go through tsa

Get a note from either the doctors or the hospital. With all the medications that you have to carry

Don’t you just declare them
Like everyone else - declare them.
Declare ur meds to an agent.

Just put your supplies in the tote and pass them through.
