Weird and dangerous culture clash

So I follow a bunch of youtubers from all over the world because I like learning about different countries and cultures.

Well imagine my shock watching showing the inside of a very tourist trap type gift shop in Tula, Russia along with a bunch of random knick knacks they were selling reproduction 1%er Biker diamond patches. Weirdest thing I have ever seen. Pretty sure they have no clue what the patches represent. 😂
