Question about Online flight check In

My Lufthansa app says I can now check in online for both my flights tomorrow

I’ve never done this check in online. does that mean I don’t have to check in at the counter?

Anything else I need to know?

Depending on the airport, they may have a separate line at the counter for dropping off checked luggage where they will tag it and take it from you. Others may tag it and have to take it through security yourself. I always use the airline's phone app to avoid having to print boarding passes. They can also be placed into your phone's wallet for easy access.
