Am I packing too much?

I am packing for a 1 month trip to South Korea that I leave for on Monday. It’s difficult packing for the winter because the clothes are going to be thicker.

I packed a big suitcase for my shirts, pants, coat, underwear, plenty of socks, snow boots, and my full bottles of shampoo and conditioner.

I packed a carry on suitcase full of my makeup, skincare, hat, gloves, scarf, toiletries, and an outfit.

I packed a personal item backpack full of my period pads, my chargers, my iPad, laptop, kindle, chapsticks

This is a majority of what I packed.

Normally I’d pack less but I’m staying with friends and I don’t want to use as much of their stuff as possible or their laundry machines.

Also is $3,000 more than enough for a 1 month trip? Because it’s winter and very cold over there, and because it’s a small city and not really a tourist city, hopefully I won’t spend much money.

It can get extremely cold up there in winter. I understand that it can be expensive, but if you aren't planning on doing a lot of shopping $3,000 could see you through.
