@SW-User President Obama tried, but it turned out to be difficult. Florida is a really important state in presidential politics (and national politics in general), and there is a vocal Cuban ex-pat community there that wants nothing to do with the Communist government they fled. I think Americans can only go there on certain kinds of designated humanitarian visits.

@SW-User I went to Cuba a few years ago. I loved the spices and the food.
