So... I'm in Ireland again.

No clue why I am here. I have 35 days paid leave from work to use through the year, so decided to use some this week. I jumped on the ferry with my car and came over to Ireland. I'm now just on the outskirts of Dublin and wondering what to do and where to do it.
May take a trip to Wicklow again, its always nice there.

Could do with some recommendations that aren't in Dublin, since I have the car, and I don't really want to hit Northern Ireland this trip.

I’d probably just start heading south and track the coast. Make adjustments with whatever might catch your attention along the way.

@OlderSometimesWiser That's why I was thinking Wicklow. I believe Waterford is nice too though. :)
@Mikeawesome1986 Be spontaneous! I love road trips. For my 30th birthday, I gifted myself a road trip in Denmark. Stayed in Copenhagen for a few days, then just took off, stopping whenever a place caught my interest. Even ended up putting the car on the ferry and spending a few days in Sweden. Just the feeling of freedom was great! 🙂

I love ferry rides. I grew up a few miles from the Mississippi river when there were just a few bridges and the ferries were a routine way to get from one side to the other.

A big regret was once discovering the Seattle-VC Island ferry had a 24 hour+ wait. But, when one window closes another opens, so we headed up the Fraser River instead to some of the most spectacular scenery in North America :)
@Heartlander Road trip from Seattle up to Vancouver and into the Canadian Rockies was one of my all time favorites.
