Where should I travel?

I have some air miles. Someplace safe, but exciting. Easy to navigate with nice A/C, trains and buses, good police. lots of veggie options, and friendly yet attractive females. Any ideas? It can't be in Europe, Canada, or the USA.

@AthrillatheHunt I’ve was there 35 years ago. It’s wasn’t bad. But all Latin American cities look the same.

@Jenny1234 in SA I’ve been to Argentina Uruguay Brazil Peru Ecuador and Colombia .
Buenos Aires is by far my fave capital city.

@AthrillatheHunt I've long wanted to go to Uruguay, but i don't speak Spanish and I've heard it's difficult to communicate there if you don't.

@Howudoin I took a ferry there from Buenos Aires . Super safe country w good prices (in 2017). I speak Spanish so I had no problemas lol
