I don't know where you come from, but judging by the vocabulary you use, such as "fall" and "vacation",you must be North American. For an American, London is definitely worth a visit. London is not like Los Angeles, or any other American city for that matter. The weather changes a lot more quickly. In London it's sunny and then it's raining. Not like in the States.
If you don't mind me accompanying you on your trip, I can be a pretty good guide around the place. We shall go for a walk in the rain, you and me under a big umbrella. The sky will come down and be around us full of mountains and castle of clouds. There will be a party at one of those castles and we'll be invited. Shall we say "yes"? Or shall we say "no"? What do you think?
