Does anyone else feel really surreal when visiting a far away place?

I don't know if I am just odd or or if Im just too mentally stimulated by everything which I can be sometimes, but whenever I have traveled to a different country things feel odd or surreal sometimes like I've jumped into the TV screen or Im in a dream.
I mean not 100% but yeah kinda unreal but in a good way. I might just be overwhelmed by how different things are especially since I've only been out of the country a few times. Anyone else feel like this?

Not surreal, more amazed, lost in the sights and sounds, the smells, tastes and all that asail one in a new country. I love getting immersed in it all and thoroughly enjoy it. I've had a few bad experiences when strolling about in some places, but even then, after the experience was done, it was a learning experience.
