What was your worst travel experience?

I lost my ID while on a day trip to the Big Island and didn't realize it until we were catching the last flight back to Oahu where I'd be leaving for mainland in a few days. My friends had already gone through security. I emptied my very full if souvenirs day bag and shit was EVERYWHERE all over the floor. I was bawling afraid I wouldn't be able to get home bc there was no way to get a police report in time. But I found my state ID fishing liscense and a state university student ID with my picture so they took pity on me and let me through.
