Have you ever been to Berlin?

I have lived there for three years, after I finished university. I love it there, the German people are very gregarious.

I have lived in Berlin a few years ago and I loved it. The diverse cultural offerings, the parks, the many restaurants where you can travel the world culinary... and the Berliners themselves are usually generous and helpful and very humorous.

I lived in Berlin for maybe 2 years in total, but not at a stretch, always just for a few months. And I lived directly in Berlin, not far from the Kudamm ;)

Oh, this is a very posh area! I lived in Lichtenberg. This part is VERY different from where you lived. Not only the area, also the people.

How would you describe the residents of Lichtenberg?

I have always had the good fortune that colleagues of mine let me use their apartment during my stay in Berlin. In our profession, you are on the road a lot, sometimes not at home for months and you are happy if your apartment is being used while you have rental income at the same time.
