when you travel alone are you afraid of being raped, robbed or even kidnapped?

why or why not?
how do you cope with it?
I'm fine, but i had that conversation with a friend today who was trying to tell me that i'm being reckless and he'd suggest that i'd better be more prepared for anything happening.

It never crosses my mind, too excited to travel to worry about that but it does happen so you need to be careful and take great care. What will be will be! It shouldn't stop you travelling or cause you great anxieties... I heard that what you just said can even happen in your own home...

@LeaDhelani exactly you are right, but in my own home i have friends around i could call maybe.. But worry not, it doesn't stop me at all from travelling and i get the excitement as well :D

@elafina awesomeness! Always keep your phone charged, on you and location on..just in case. And find a trusted friend to let know your moves of your not familiar with erea/people etc..
