@KA9ha From what I'm reading, dazzlers can be sold to military, police, & security (which is technically civilian I guess, but not useful if you're just traveling 'n' shit). Tactical flashlights can be sold to anyone, but that's a different thing. I have one and they're pretty cool.

@KA9ha It's a little strange to refer to conductive wires as "pellets," but it's irrelevant anyway because a dazzler shoots photons.

@KA9ha @BlueVeins i wouldn't carry a dazzler gun. Most probably i would carry a pocket knife for general usage, like cutting food and stuff and that'll be it i think.. ?

@elafina Problem with a pocket knife is that in order to use it effectively, you have to be about close enough to touch the assailant, and if you're close enough to touch the assailant, they're close enough to touch you. If I were you, I would carry either a pepperball gun or pepper spray.
