when you travel alone are you afraid of being raped, robbed or even kidnapped?

why or why not?
how do you cope with it?
I'm fine, but i had that conversation with a friend today who was trying to tell me that i'm being reckless and he'd suggest that i'd better be more prepared for anything happening.

@elafina Martial arts is pretty great, but yeah, it's sensible to carry a weapon.

@BlueVeins I believe firstly and mostly in the power of words. I think i can talk out almost anyone if i really need to. But when you don't speak any common language, misunderstandings can arise sometimes. UGH i was just fine before this friend worried too much!!
