London or Finland?

My parents wanted to travel out of the country since they are both retiree. My mom wanted London and Finland, but they can only afford one destination. They are having a hard time to choose. What do you think?

Note: oc after the pandemic. For now we are staying at home :)

London is a fantastic, vibrant city full of culture and diversity. Finland is an entire country; make a list of what your parents want out of the trip and see which destination ticks most boxes.
