How much longer till we get our first mass produced flying car?

Kind of an inefficient concept, eh? A car that not only has to navigate forwards, but also has to fight back the force of gravity every second it's in the air.

@BlueVeins hahaha Imagine that. They flying isn't the problem but how much fuel it may have to burn to do so.

@SW-User The only vehicle, to my knowledge, that can propel itself upwards just by burning fuel is a rocket ship, and those are far and away the most inefficient vehicles known to man.

If you think about it though, a helicopter basically fits the description of a flying car. They're just incredibly dangerous and unstable most of the time.
