Which us state eats the most rice?

Given your list of choices, it would be Texas because Texas has the most people to eat rice.

If it's per capita, I'd guess Louisiana because of their food & dining culture, because they eat more than the average American, and because they have many dishes based on or served with rice like gumbo, jambalaya, red beans & rice, dirty rice, etc.

It'd has to be Tennessee! They love rice puddings.
