what is the best place to go for vacation that is not cold or unsafe?

what is the best place to go on vacation overseas from the us that is not cold or unsafe? i tried looking up the best safe places they are all cold. and most of europe is becoming increasingly unsafe. maybe new zealand is good.

New Zealand is okay but from a friend that lives there Is was told beware of Wellington. Sidney, Australia is nice but I heard it can be expensive. Boracay in the Philippines I heard is nice too and pretty safe.
