Complain to the transit authority.

@quitwhendone hahaha they won’t do anything
quitwhendone · M
@ShaythePanTransMan Did you already complain to them?
ShaythePanTransMan · 22-25, T
@quitwhendone no, I just know they won’t
quitwhendone · M
@ShaythePanTransMan I bet they will. The local governing authority probably gives a contract to a private transit management company. It is likely a performance-based contract. The private company is assessed, in part, on the number of complaints they get and how they resolve them.
So complain. I believe they will take you seriously and try to improve.

@quitwhendone Oh, really? I wonder where to complain.... I’ll see if I can find it.

@ShaythePanTransMan Google the transit authority for your town. They will have a website with a number or an e-mail for complaints. Or, if you can't find it, call your local county council.

@quitwhendone All right, I’ll do that, thanks

@ShaythePanTransMan Your welcome. Most transit authorities have a person whose job it is to receive and address complaints just like yours.

@quitwhendone yeah :D
