@LUVELACE Hope you enjoy it. One thing about Cambodia is it's being overrun by Chinese tour groups. All of Southeast Asia, but especially Cambodia and especially Angkor Wat. Has caused tension with the locals, because they're an unruly lot in general. The shopkeepers in northern Thailand have made some particularly scathing remarks about them, but the tourism authority keeps singing their praises as a much-needed lifeline.
I'm in the best spot for nature trips and go all the time. This is sure a beautiful picture you have here. Here's one of mine on a weekend day trip around the valley here in Oregon....[image deleted]
The next time I travel a great distance I will travel for about the 5th time to the Moab, Utah, USA Area which I love. The high desert which includes beautiful and dramatic Arches National Park! Visit it someday, you may like it!
I'd love to go somewhere quiet and away from civilization. Only a tent and a good companion. Not being disturbed and doing what ever we want. But only for a day or two, after that I start missing civilization :)
