How old should you stop going on holiday with your parents?

I'm on holiday with my mum now and I feel trapped. It's just a few days but I feel like I should be doing my own thing now, how do I tell her?
I really appreciate it but feel like I need to be out with friends.. Any thoughts?

I'm pretty sure if you told her you wanted to go check out a couple things alone, she wouldn't take offense.
Then again, it's just a few days. Next trip is all yours. You plan where, how and who you take with you, if anyone.
When you've got some independence, a trip with mom might be more fun.

@rottenrobi that's a good idea, not sure mum would like clubbing in ibiza though 😊

@BoredPanda Right! That's why she's not invited on that trip! Lol. Just you and whomever you choose to go with you. :)

@BoredPanda No worries. I assumed it was my sentence structure that was confusing. Lol.
And yes, it sounds awesome! I think traveling is incredible, and something any person your age should do before you're saddled with work and a mortgage!

I'd love to travel the world and I also want to party with friends. Hard to know what to do :)

@BoredPanda Combine them! They don't have to be separate, in fact traveling is more fun with friends. The trick is finding good traveling companions.
You've got this!

Thank you I should!
