Ever flown Spirit airlines?

How was it?
I NEED to experience getting on a plane for the first time by the end of this year...

Don’t! Spend the extra money and fly on a decent airline!

@MrsKatherineArch how come? I wouldn't be going far whenever I do fly

They are the worst airline EVER! I flew them one time. First, the first plane had “mechanical issues”, so my flight was canceled. Then, going to the ticket counter to rebook, the agents weren’t friendly or helpful. I ended up flying two days AFTER I wanted to. On the plane, the flight attendants were rude, and THAT flight was delayed three hours...for no reason. The rerun flight wasn’t much better, either. @iamnikki

@MrsKatherineArch yikes. I"m scared of things like that. Being stuck at an airport.

@iamnikki The four airlines that I avoid at all costs:
1) Spirit
2) Allegiant
3) Sun Country
4) Frontier

All of them are terrible. Stick with Southwest, United, Delta, JetBlue, or American

@MrsKatherineArch so do you fly alot? where to? I want to be a person who travels often. Now that I have a reliable car, and enough money to do so, I don't have the darn time/time off from work... I try to do what I am doing now, scheduling days off around holidays so I can at least have a 4 day weekend...

@iamnikki Not really, maybe 5 or 6 times a year. Usually back to the Bay Area to see family, and to DC for professional events. In the past year, I also got to go to Nebraska for a professional thing.

In the US, those don’t fly domestic routes @monimathu
