Which city in the world is the best for a 3 day visit?

I haven't been to a lot of places, but I want to try getting lost in Paris, France :) And Ireland as the last stop.

@Casheyane You cannot go wrong with Paris, but avoid the extremely tourist destinations, it can drive you nuts!!
