What happens if a traffic camera flashes me, but I didn't pass the red light?
Will I still receive a ticket? There was a taxi behind me and he got flashed too.

A picture isn't an automatic citation. They look at them to make sure they have enough proof first. So as long as you're innocent, you're fine.

I was confused due to the fact that I hadn't passed the red light, and the fact that the taxi driver behind me was also flashed when he was even further away from the light than I was.

Ahh, I'm not totally sure. That happened to a friend and I once, and then it flashed three more people. I don't think anyone got a ticket.

If you did not go past the traffic lights as you say well why did the lights flash? You cannot have it both ways
If you do receive a ticket via mail, you don't have to pay it.
