The weather is mostly nice and there is a huge variety in cultures, you’ll see people of all different kind of backgrounds/lifestyles.

I don’t think that it’s vacation worthy, Hollywood isn’t that impressive.

There is a lot of retail and crazy foodporn to try.

Also, a decent amount of traffic but it’s not usually a problem unless you’re traveling during rush hour.

@LithiumDrop In Hollywood you can now rent my old apartment, the one I got illegally evicted from after 30 years, for an outrageous price. They turned my old apartment into an AirB&B.
@greenmountaingal Yes, housing in the city is outrageous. 3k for a studio apartment... it’s no wonder so many have hit skid row.

@LithiumDrop I wound up out in the desert in one rented room.
During rush hour the traffic is the slowest than any other I’ve encountered. In central California traffic sometimes comes to a stop but only briefly and rush hour is only a couple of hours slow there and they still drive like 40mph. And there are many places to get off the freeway. LOL But I the cities surrounding Los Angeles (Los Angeles county) are otherwise very very nice. There’s some ares with industrial buildings and poor neighborhoods but just like any in my opinion. I like it there. The only thing I don’t like there is the cost of living. But when I think of L.A. I always think L.A. county. I bought my car in Huntington Beach. It’s a beautiful city. @LithiumDrop
