@Gentlemickey that outfit might be quite challenging to obtain in anyone's size. You know the saying,,"Bring money and you too can own it!" There you are. Buy it piece by piece. Where would you start? What would you buy first?

May I suggest going to a theater/dance supply store to see if they such stockings?
As pictured, they would be fun to wear.
