Do they still do Hoover Dam hard hat tours?

One question I have always had was I'd Hoover Dam still does hard hat tours up to this day. I'm traveling to Vegas from Spokane WA in December and I was wondering if they would still do that. It would be nice as a programmer for me to see all the machinery involved with the dam. I will be going to Vegas on a power pass so I was wondering how to upgrade too. Any help would be appreciated.
