Whose been to Germany

People think that the autobahn is like a race track and it is not it has rules to if you are close to the big cities the velocity limit is 50 to 80 miles after you are out of the city's límites, is iligal to pass on the right line, if you run out of gas on the autobahn you get ticket and if is a tráfic yamp the cars will drive in the right and left line living the one in the center open for emergency cars like police or firetruck ambulance. I know that people talk about driving w no control of velocity but it has there rules too.
