who knows you might guess the numbers too
I have a question, do you speak Portuguese fluently?

haha, you understood the language. I am Portuguese

@Aixgalericulata I somewhat understand more Portuguese from Brazil than Portugal as it closer resembles Spanish. I was just curious if you understood Spanish when spoken or written.

Portuguese natives understand almost all spanish except for some regions where accent is strong. Spanish from Galicia is very similar to portuguese from Portugal. Unfortunatly Im unable to put one spanish sentence toguether to speak.

@Aixgalericulata Well what you have just typed would be written as such
Los nativos de Portugal entienden casi todo el español, excepto en algunas regiones donde el acento es fuerte. El español de Galicia es muy similar a Portuges. Lamentablemente, no puedo formar una oración en español para hablar.
I'm not sure if you could read this or not.
The Spanish of Spain is very formal when compared to that of Latin America so there are probably few variations that change such as slang terms and local vernacular.

@iQuit yep, all words are the same as portuguese except for oracion and accento, which would be a false friend. In PT oração (oracion) means speach or prayer. And accento sounds like the little simbols we put above the letters. I don't know how to call them.
For curiosity, in PT-PT:
Os nativos de Portugal entendem quase todo o espanhol, exceto em algumas regiões aonde o sotaque é forte. O espanhol da Galiza é muito semelhante a português. Infelizmente não consigo formar uma frase em espanhol para falar.

@Aixgalericulata It also means prayer in spanish depending on context of use this one word could mean
prayer, the act of praying; a prayer, an instance of praying; clause or sentence.
Accento and acento are the exact meaning and use in both languages. Thank you for translating now I see sotaque means the exact same thing as well.
:) It's great to see reading wise I understood much of the language. In all honesty, I do listen to Portuguese music to better know the language, that and Italian. Language is a fun discovery.
