Politics is all about 'Gaslighting' and has been since its beginning.

The ones who don't utilize this Criminal skill make very little money in politics and the Crimes associated with it and is why it attracts so many Criminals.

If it's done intentionally, then yes. I think it's easy for two people to misinterpret each other by their words, even when they have good intentions. It's very common for people to be mad with each other when they shouldn't be.
