IMO, bungee jumping is stupid, but if you are going to do it, wouldn't you make absolutely sure all safety features were attached before jumping?

I heard about this.

Can you imagine the guys that were responsible for attaching the cord. They probably got distracted. Then they turned around and saw the cord on the floor

Same reason I don't go on rides at the fair...I don't trust the meth heads that got 3 hours of sleep

I can't imagine how is this possible either. They looked as if they were throwing meat on a conveyor belt, not preparing a person to do something really dangerous.
