@BamPow I can be too much of a spitfire.
It's always out of a place of hurt and not vengeance, but it is always good to reflect and think about how to do things differently.

@Justmeraeagain I’ve mellowed out incredibly over the last few years. 2019 me would barely recognize 2025 me. I think getting out of the corporate world and just slowing down and simplifying has been good for me.

@BamPow The simple life is what I have, but I need to work on my own self.

@Justmeraeagain Up until the pandemic I was pulling 12-14 hour days and had projects active in India, Malaysia, and the Philippines, which meant overnight work sometimes. I ended up with high blood pressure and other health problems from the stress. Once I stepped away, I finally could decompress and mellow out, which has helped me approach situations much more level headed than before.
