@Wiseacre i don't follow the trial. was he clinically diagnosed as a psychopath? it is ok if you don't know. I don't think I pity him but more that there has a be a paradigm and sentencing structure in place. Giving someone to 40 years for a non violent crime is setting a presentant I am uncomfortable with.
