Why is crypto crashing when the world is getting destabilized?

Wasnt the theory that Bitcoin was a safe haven when everything else was crashing?

From what I hear ByBit was supposed to be as safe as any other Crypto Exchange, which means North Korea could probably do it again to another Exchange.
