I think if it is a bad vibe gut feeling then you do right in distanting yourself but if it is a different kind of gut feeling i would say like everyone else says be cautious.

Intuition, and it's usually right.. A subconscious knowledge that something is off but the solid facts/proof of it have yet to surface in our conscious mind.. Imo

Your instinct is telling you something about her. I'd just be cautious and not dismiss it entirely. There are a lot of manipulative people out there that act nice but have bad intentions.
