Don't ever put yourself down no matter what you always good for somebody and if no one can see that wait Alil trust me I use to feel like that and almost died a few times due to that but I'm a lot better now :)

Perhaps mon cherie you need to bring back your focus to yourself and your own needs for a while ;-)

@Sil ... Yeah, a few I guess. Mostly nothing I ever did was good enough. I've become a constant over achiever because of it and yet I still feel like I'm just not enough 😟
