I hear you...your life experience, even at your young age, includes enough trauma for several lifetimes. Seek love still, forgiveness, hope, optimism, connection. I used to organize student exchange trips to Ukraine years ago and have many good friends there, mostly in the Crimea...may this horrible war end sooner rather than later. Too much suffering already.
